A skill is a folder of instructions for one job, like “make a slide deck”. Your AI agent reads it when that job comes up. These packs are free on GitHub. The list is sorted by the stars each one gained since 21 Oct 2026, so it changes as people find new ones.

For everyone. Office files, Hugging Face and science. Good first skills.
Content creation. Make images, video and voice, and write better prompts for them. All but HyperFrames call a paid cloud service: you need an account there, and each image or video costs money.
